Planning
As the old adage goes... there is no substitute for proper planning. The time to involve your builder is long before the ground breaking ceremony.
The selection of special ordered components and building methods needs to take place months in advance to help insure a smooth build.
It is not uncommon for the planning stage to begin 1-2 years before project construction begins.
The Collaboration
Before breaking ground and well into the project, every effort is made to bring together the right teams of carpenters and tradesmen experts that will work harmoniously to see the project though to successful completion.
